As a lifelong Chicago resident, Wyatt has cultivated an intimate knowledge of Chicago—its history, infrastructure, culture, and of course, its diverse residential markets. Raised by two prominent Chicago realtors & property managers, Wyatt was raised in the real estate industry working in his family’s property management company and overseeing their acquisitions and development projects. Having been exposed at such a young age, Wyatt has developed a comprehensive understanding of both vintage and modern builds alike.
Realizing his passion for understanding people’s needs and desires, Wyatt joined @properties in 2013 to utilize his extensive understanding of the industry to help buyers, sellers and renters identify and secure the properties of their dreams from all price points and neighborhoods of the Chicagoland area. Wyatt’s work speaks for itself as a five-star rated professional & working solely with referrals. In his spare time, he likes volunteering, biking the Chicago lakefront path, experimenting with Chicago’s diverse restaurant-scape, drinking Metric coffee, and dusting off some vinyl records.
