Loop Living

As Chicago’s most iconic neighborhood, The Loop has embraced the balance of beauty & business.

The heart of downtown, The Loop offers a unique opportunity to live among Chicago’s most iconic landmarks and must-see attractions – from Grant Park, Millennium Park and Navy Pier to the Theatre District and the Art Institute while also providing a front row seat to some of Chicago's biggest events, like the Taste of Chicago, the Air and Water Show and the Chicago Blues Festival.

Strolling through the concrete jungle, you’ll find yourself choosing between the many fine dining, cocktails and quick bites options in the neighborhood or head over to Revival Food Hall – a 24,000-square-foot marketplace that spotlights more than a dozen of the city’s favorite eateries.

With every method of transportation at your fingertips, you can access all CTA L & Metra lines, plenty of buses, and easy access to both the expressway & Lake Shore Drive. Needless to say, a personal car is not necessary here.

Loop Style

Filled with high-rises & repurposed office buildings of the ‘90s to luxury condominium & apartment buildings, there is no shortage of homes in the historic center of downtown Chicago. The Loop is also home to several large-scale mixed-use developments. These planned communities include amenities such as grocery stores and schools that were previously unavailable in The Loop. We also can’t forget to mention the beautiful & ornate architecture that’s sprinkled throughout the neighborhood, bringing you back in time through Chicago’s rich history.

The Area

Public Transportation: All lines lead here. Chicago’s busiest route, the Red Line is great for getting around to the north & south sides of Chicago & for getting into the Loop. A fan favorite, the Brown Line runs throughout the Northwest Side, starting in Albany Park into the Loop. Beginning all the way in Chicago’s North Shore suburb, Wilmette, the Purple Line passes through Evanston and into Chicago's North Side, while also extending even further south into the Loop during weekday rush hours. Chicago’s longest ‘L’ line & second busiest route, the Blue Line is great for getting anywhere from the Loop to O’hare, Forest Park, UIC & even Jefferson Park. The Green Line is great for getting from Oak Park to the West Side, into the Loop, and then to the South Side, West Englewood and Woodlawn. The city’s newest ‘L’ line, the Pink Line runs from Cicero to Chicago’s downtown. Serving the Southwest Side, the Orange line is great for getting from the Loop to Midway Airport.

Highway Access: Easily access both I-290 & I-90

Other Perks: Close to the Lake & Lake Shore Drive
