Logan Square Style

A primarily residential neighborhood, Logan Square is filled with an assortment of housing options. The Logan Square Boulevards District, a Chicago landmark lined with stately homes offers a park-like feel with its abundant green space & mature trees. To add to the architectural charm are historic greystones, large bungalows and storybook mansions.

Undergoing a boom of residential development with new condominiums, lofts, townhomes, three-flats and single-family homes the neighborhood still effortlessly retains its historic charm by repurposing and preserving its one of a kind landmarks.
