Preparation
Set the Space:

Ritual Steps
1. Cleanse Your Space
The Full Moon is an ideal time to clear out stagnant energy. Begin your ritual by using the sage stick included in your Lunar Goody Bag. Light the tip of the sage stick & let it burn for a few seconds before gently blowing it out, allowing the smoke to waft through your space. If you prefer, a candle can be a wonderful alternative for creating a calming atmosphere. Simply light the candle, focus on its flame, and set an intention to release negativity and invite fresh, positive energy. You might say something like, “I release what no longer serves me and welcome clarity and abundance into this space.”

2. Reflect & Release
Take a few moments to pause & reflect on what has come full circle for you since the last full moon. Use the journal to write about what you’re letting go of and what you want to welcome in the next cycle. For added symbolism, fill a small bowl with water & visualize placing what no longer serves you into it. Imagine those thoughts dissolving into the water, leaving space for new energy.
