The annual kick-off event for Chicago’s summer festival season.

With great bands playing on stage, Mayfest features some of the best (ice cold) beer selections & vodka lemonade. This event is known for showcasing some of the best music, entertainment, and festival food in all of Chicago– what could be better? Come out and celebrate summer – Rain or Shine!

Mayfest is located at the corner of Armitage & Sheffield, closest to the Armitage Brown Line stop.

CTA BUSES

If you’re coming from the west or east, the CTA #73 bus will drop you off closest to Mayfest.

Northwest Suburbs

Take I-90 towards Chicago all the way to W Armitage Ave in Chicago. Take exit 48A from I-90 E and head west on W Cortland St until you get to Armitage and then head East to Sheffield.

Southwest Suburbs

Follow I-88 E, I-294 N and I-90 E to North Ave in Chicago. Take exit 48B from I-90 E and head East to N Sheffield Ave. Then, go North to Armitage.
