Andrea brings more than a decade of Chicago real estate experience shaped by her work on one of the city’s top-producing teams, where she honed the systems, strategy, and client care that define her approach today. She is known for her calm problem-solving, meticulous preparation, and ability to make buying or selling feel straightforward — even in a competitive market.

Her background extends beyond real estate. In her recent role at the German International School of Chicago, Andrea supported a diverse community through relocations, enrollment cycles, and major life transitions. The experience sharpened her ability to organize details, anticipate needs, and keep people grounded through big moves, expertise she now applies directly to her clients’ real estate journeys.

A born creative with an eye for design, Andrea stages & prepares listings to show at their full potential, bringing a blend of intuition and strategy to every home. With buyers, she is hands-on from first showing to post-closing details, including inspections, punch-list walkthroughs, and finish selections for new construction homes. Her clients trust her not only for her expertise, but for the long-term relationship she builds with them.

Andrea’s passion for real estate began in 2004 at DePaul University’s Real Estate Center, where she advised students exploring careers across the industry. This early experience shaped her perspective on Chicago’s evolving market and continues to inform the thoughtful guidance she offers clients today.

Born and raised in Germany, Andrea has called Chicago home for more than twenty years. She is deeply rooted in the city’s north side neighborhoods — an area she loves exploring & helping her clients discover. Andrea holds both a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an MBA from DePaul University.
